Origianlly bred by Jacques Mouchotte in France for the cut flower market 'Black Bacarra' makes a dramatic and glamourous addition to the garden as well as the vase. The large double flowers with an average of 45 petals per bloom are held on tall, straight stems above the large semi-glossy leaves.

The blooms can last for up to 2 weeks in the vase.
